I believe in Capturing Timeless Family Memories with Affordable Excellence. I remember being that newlywed, young family. Money could be tight, and we always did our family pictures at Sears Department Store. I wanted to be that photographer that could grow with your family by being affordable and easy to work with. I love when I know your children by name or your pets and what makes them relax. My goal is to make every new customer a new friend.

Almost every client will comment on how patient I am. After working with rescue and wildlife animals for years you learn that things will happen in their own time. Rushing children, dogs or even the odd husband leads to photographs that are forced. I believe in making each session a positive experience so be sure to let me know if there are any challenges we need to overcome.
Family Pictures
Sometimes the best photographs are the ones that are the “worst”! A scowling toddler, a grumpy grandfather, or an uncooperative teen can be a reflection of a moment in time. A memory to look back on, recall, and laugh about. I do not believe in photoshopping to perfection, we all have some flaws, and not every moment rises to the occasion. We need to take life and embrace it, live it, and find the joy in it. I always include some out-takes in your package because the funny stuff happens behind the scenes.

Family comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors and sometimes it walks on four legs. Are you celebrating bringing a new puppy into your life, marking the passage of time with your companion pet in family pictures, or preparing to say goodbye to your best friend? A photograph will preserve the moments and memories that bring joy and occasionally frustration to your life. I work very closely with livestock, companion pets, and wildlife and do my best to ensure a relaxing and non-stressful experience for all my non-human friends.

After the loss of a beloved pet, we often turn to photographs to ease the pain. The Celebration of Life and Love is a special package that captures the golden years or the time before a serious disease takes control. People often know when a pet is nearing the end, and nothing is as meaningful as having lasting, tangible memories. This can be a stressful time for the companion pet and the family. My sessions are designed to make you smile, give your pet a wonderful adventure, take all the time they need, and photographs to ease the pain when your friend leaves for the rainbow bridge.

Hobby farms, FFA, beloved animals on the farm. I will do a consult to determine the purpose of the photo shoot (personal enjoyment, livestock advertising, or achievements, with or without handler/human/family). I always encourage people to take advantage of the soft light of a sunrise or a golden sunset.
